Thank you for the conversation on "Working Less and Earning More: Efficiency, Flexibility, and Work-Life Balance" with Anna Atanasow, Michał Pawłowski from DWF, and Tomasz Pietryga from Rzeczpospolita.
Conclusions?
The most attractive entities for talents and clients alike will be those that demonstrate flexibility and quickly respond to changing market expectations. Additionally, taking advantage of emerging opportunities, particularly tools, will be crucial. A key factor remains the attitude towards investment in AI and automation within the management staff - but this is an individual matter. Furthermore, from a business perspective, the "sales" skills of those leading internal legal departments could potentially be significant.
📌 Will we one day manage to work 4 days a week thanks to such changes? We invite you all to join the discussion!
